I read an article this morning about a new book on the Temple location. I have been studying the temple Mount and other prophetic things mentioned in the Bible. However I am not even close to have the knowledge of this man’s research. The question I have is this; Has this guy discovered something others have missed?
I have read the book on which this article was based and have known its author for many years. I’ve always found him to be a very thorough and exacting person in his research. If he’s right then the Jewish rabbinical authorities have been wrong in their determination of the second Temple’s location. That seems incredible to me. I would really like to hear an official rabbinical response to this. It’s the third time I’m aware of that this issue has been raised, and I hope this one will provoke an official reaction.
