I’ve just seen a book that claims to put to naught all the evil associated with the number 666. This book says that 666 is actually the number of divine harmony and is the blueprint of the world, the key to all existence. Seems odd, don’t you think?

Yes it is odd, but to say that 666 is an evil number is no more accurate than to say it’s a divine number. 6 is the number of man, being created on the 6th Day, and in Rev. 13:18, 666 is merely called the number of a man. We get the connotation of evil from the man who bears the number, not the number itself.
