When Adam and Eve sinned, did God consider them to be His enemies?

No, He didn’t. He disciplined them as a loving father would his disobedient children, and let them suffer the consequences of their actions, but He maintained His relationship with them. There’s no hint in the Bible that Adam and Eve ever rebelled against God to worship Satan, or refused to accept His remedy for their sins. This is what makes someone God’s enemy.
