Can Jews Be Saved Without Jesus?

Q

I have witnessed to many Jews when ever I get the opportunity to do so. However I do have a question about their salvation. If they die without the acceptance of Yeshuah as the Messiah are they lost?

A

In John 14:6 Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the father except through me.”

And Paul said, “A man is not a Jew if he is only one outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. No, a man is a Jew if he is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a man’s praise is not from men, but from God” (Romans 2:28–29).

By these statements we know that no other religious system, not even Judaism, can bring a person to salvation and eternal life. Only belief in the Lord’s atoning death and resurrection can bring the seal of the Holy Spirit into our heart as a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance (Ephes. 1:13-14, 2 Cor. 1:21-22).
