I have a question regarding Matt 24:14: And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come (Matthew 24:14). My question is this… can you define “the end” mentioned in Matt 24:14?
At the beginning of Matt. 24, the disciples asked Jesus 3 questions. They were “ When will this (temple destruction) happen, what will be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the age?” (Matt. 24:3) The rest of Matt. 24 and all of Matt. 25 contain His answer, so His reference to the end is to the time which immediately precedes the beginning of the Millennium, also known as the Kingdom Age.
