I know your position of the New Jerusalem orbiting the earth because of it’s size, but there must be some connection to the earth because of Rev. 21:24. “The kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it.” How does a mortal human enter a glorified city?

It doesn’t say the kings will actually enter the city, only that the glory and honor of the nations will be brought to it. On a trip to New Zealand, my flight stopped in Sydney Australia. I was kept on the plane with the other through passengers while those for whom Sydney was their destination disembarked. Freight and mail were also unloaded. So I went to Sydney but did not enter the city. Now think space shuttle and docking station. See how it could work?
