I hear of crowns being awarded to the members of the church at the Bema Seat Judgment. In my mind and my heart I do not feel I deserve any crowns, awards or any acknowledgments for anything I may have done as a Christian on earth.
You’re not alone. In Rev. 5:10-11 the 24 elders, representing the Church, lay their crowns before the throne of God and say,
“You are worthy our Lord and our God to receive glory and honor and power. For you created all things ad by your will they were created and have their being.”
Since I believe the rapture will happen in Rev. 4 it appears that this will take pace just after the bema seat judgment. The crowns we receive will be for things we’ve done at the Lord’s prompting and in His strength. He’s the one who deserves the credit.
