Most scholars believe the Tower of Babel occurred around 4000 years ago. So how can we reconcile all the evidence that seems to show people lived all over the world for 10,000 years or more?

Both positions can’t be right, so we can either believe God who knows everything about the past and can’t be deceived, or we can believe man who can only speculate about the past based on his limited understanding and can be deceived. There’s also the likelihood that scientific methods can be unreliable when measuring something that far back. So the only unimpeachable witness is God. And even if He could, what would He gain by lying to us about it?
