We read that the Jews have been blinded in part. Who caused that blindness? God, so as to produce the Church and salvation for the Gentiles, or Satan so as to hinder God’s plan for the salvation of Israel?

Neither. The Jews brought this on themselves by their failure to recognize the Messiah in spite of incontrovertible evidence. It’s one of those examples of God taking man’s choice to its ultimate conclusion. Since they refused to recognize Him He made it so they couldn’t recognize Him (Luke 19:41-45).
