This week in Mexico 7-3-21
Happy weekend everyone! Happy 4th of July weekend to all in the States! Here are the pics from our week of outreaches in Mexico.

We’ve been without internet for a week and so I’m still getting caught up. I’m kind of drowning in messages, so if you messaged me, please feel free to send it again so it doesn’t get lost in my inbox!
I didn’t get over to take pics of the house build this week. But it continues even when I can’t document it, and I’ll have pics for you next week!
Our Escuelita
We realized this week that I never shared the pics from the kids making Father’s Day cards! They asked, “how did our sponsors like our cards?” And I realized I hadn’t shared them. So here they are! Also some finished piñatas!
In all the areas we serve, Father’s Day is hard for many of our kids. And so for those who have lost or never known their dads, we focus on how close our Abba is, especially to those who have lost their dads. So some made cards for their dads, and some made cards for their Abba.
Our volunteer teacher helped the kids make amazing piñatas! She makes them as gifts for friends and they are better than any you can get in a store here. She made Aidan a turtle piñata for his 5th birthday and he didn’t let anyone destroy it for candy. He hung it on his wall, and it stayed there until it started disintegrating just a few years ago from the humidity.
Food Distribution
An old friend got in touch after many years and had cases of toothpaste to donate! We’re excited to include them with our grocery bags!
Along with groceries, we have some shirts that were donated too!
And for the kids, we also brought some cake!
