Q. Please can you clear a question for me? A verse in the bible says if therefore though shalt not watch I will come on thee as a thief ,and thou shalt not know what hour I will come.
Is that for the rapture?? Because when Jesus comes the 2nd Time it says all eyes will see him.
Thank you. I like your site very much, and I’m learning a lot from your answers.
A. If you’re referring to Rev. 3:3, the entire verse reads, “Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.(KJV)
The words “upon thee” at the end of the passage mean “to you” That tells us He’s talking about the 2nd Coming where the Lord comes to Earth. In the Rapture, He comes For us, and we go to Him in the sky.
And even in the 2nd Coming, He says the people on Earth will not know exactly when, until they see Him in the clouds.
