Can you tell me of the early years of Christ like from the age of thirteen until he started to preach? Does it tell us in the Bible what he did or where he went ?

The Gospels record almost nothing about the Lord’s life between age 2 (Matt. 2:16) and age 30 when He began His ministry (Luke 3:23). His experience in the Temple at age 12 is a notable exception (Luke 2:41-52). Anything else you read or hear is speculation based on unverifiable information from non-Biblical sources.
