In your Bible study of Revelation 6 you mention Islam being the religion of anti-Christ and I agree with you. However, recently I found the official web site of The re-established Jewish Sanhedrin. Beyond their other Jewish duties they would like to establish or re-establish the basics of Noahide Law world wide.
During the Tribulation, how could these two religions come together in agreement for “one” world religion under the anti-Christ?
I believe the establishment of the Noahide laws will only take place after the Lord’s return to rule in His Kingdom. Speaking of that time, Isaiah wrote:
“In the last days the mountain of the LORD’s temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and all nations will stream to it.
Many peoples will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.” (Isaiah 2:2-3)
When used symbolically the word mountain refers to government. The time when the Lord’s government is superior to all governments of the world and the nations stream to His Temple will be after His return. That’s also the only time I can imagine when Israel’s Sanhedrin would be empowered to establish world wide rule of law.
