I believe the 7 year covenant the anti-Christ will confirm to begin Daniel’s 70th Week (Daniel 9:27) will in effect be a peace treaty that ends the Battle of Ezekiel 38. I say this because Ezekiel 39:22 tells us God will use this battle to awaken Israel to His presence, causing them to reinstate their Old Covenant relationship with Him. This means they’ll need a Temple, the building of which will be one of the provisions of the 7 year covenant. Otherwise the anti-Christ couldn’t make it desolate in the middle of the 7 years.
