In studying Revelation 21 & 22, I am perplexed by the verses that talk about the nations living on the New Earth and why they need the leaves of the tree of life for healing. Who are these people and where did they come from? Do they have glorified bodies also?
It helps to understand that Revelation 21 and 22 are about the Millennium, not eternity. The people on Earth will have come to faith after the rapture of the Church and then survived the Great Tribulation. They’re the sheep of the sheep and goat judgment and will be received into the Millennial Kingdom in their natural (not glorified) bodies, still subject to sin, and therefore sickness and death. They’re the ones who re-populate the nations of Earth after all the unbelievers (goats) are taken away.
