I subscribe to your site and find it very informative and encouraging. Have you posted anything to explain the full meaning of Rev 7:14 where it says, “And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. “
This verse applies to post rapture believers who will likely be martyred for their faith in the first half of Daniel’s 70th Week. Here’s how we can be sure about this.
First, the Greek word translated “out of” means out of the time as well as the place, and since the Great Tribulation doesn’t begin until Rev. 13, having come “out of” the Great Tribulation means they’ve come to Heaven before it begins.
Second, we know they’re not part of the Church since we’ll be raptured in Rev. 4. But there’s also another way we can tell. Rev. 7:15 says they’ll be serving God day and night in His Temple, but they’re not called priests. The Church is referred to as kings and priests but never as servants in the Lord’s Temple. In fact there is no Temple in the New Jerusalem where the Church will live (Rev. 21:22).
