This week in India 11-29-24
Here’s a glimpse of our outreaches in India. Happy Thanksgiving weekend, everyone!

At the new village
Last time, I was so excited to introduce you to the new village! One of the families in the new village is a grandma and her four grandchildren. The kids have lost both their parents, and she’s been raising them on her own. None of them have ever been to school.
So, our first priority is to help get them into school! We’ve begun talking with the local school, and they’ve agreed to let us begin their registration for the next school year in May. Until then, we have time to help them get up to speed as much as we can in our tutoring classes each day. Please pray with us for these four for their learning and for our ability to get them registered.
It’s intimidating to enter school for the first time. Pray with us that they’ll have the confidence to learn what they need.
At Manjunath’s village
We brought groceries for the families, held our regular tutoring classes for the kids!
And brought toiletries!
Toiletries for the kids!
This is the first time the kids from the new village have had toothbrushes! The other kids were remembering the first time we brought them toiletries and how life-changing it was for them. ♥ It’s so beautiful seeing them so excited about something we can so easily take for granted.
And that’s our week! We continue to pray for the rescue of the prayer house village from all that opposes them. Thank you so much for praying with us!

Thank you for your love, and your prayers for those we serve around the world! It’s absolutely amazing what happens when we come together and follow the Lord’s leading. I’m beyond grateful for you all!
