I’ve had several post trib believers tell me the rapture will take place in Matt. 24:31. They say the trumpet mentioned in that verse is the same as the “last trump” Paul mentioned in 1 Cor. 15:52 because it’s the last trumpet before the 2nd coming. How would you respond to that?

Do you think it’s possible that when Jesus answered the question about when his 2nd coming would occur in Matthew’s gospel, when he said “This generation shall not pass away before all these things happen” that he could have literally meant; Out of everyone born worldwide on the day in 1948 that Israel became a nation again, that at least ONE of those people would still be alive when the Tribulation ends?

Who exactly is the remnant church? I always thought this referred to believers during the Tribulation but it these days everyone and their gramma seems to be identifying it as the fringe group they belong to.

Daniel 12:2 says, “Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the Earth will awake, some to everlasting life and others to everlasting shame and contempt.” If we are either with Christ in Heaven or in Hades at death before the resurrections, why does it say “those who sleep in the dust of the earth?” Either we are in the ground or with Him or Hades, awaiting the resurrection, which is it? No wonder people are so confused.

My question has to do with one of my 11 yr old twin boys. He is not convinced that God is real. How can I direct him to see that it’s true?

After the 1000 years, will the Gentile Kingdoms lose their sin natures in Eternity ? Will the Nations also lose their Free Will in Eternity, so sin and rebellion never occur again like it did at the end of the Millennium?

The fact the church is not mentioned after Rev. 4 seems a good indication we will be raptured! your opinion?

I hear a lot from people with Reformation background that God disciplines you through hardship and suffering. They claim this in the name of their definition of Sovereignty. They claim that God is in control of everything so if you are suffering he actually designed it for you to suffer for his cause. This doesn’t really sit well with me, because I grew up knowing that God is a loving God, so I never associated suffering with him, and as his form of disciplining. I always associate suffering with the sinfulness of this world, not something orchestrated by God to teach some form of a lesson. Can you please share your thoughts on this?

The scriptures teach us that no one could keep the law but that the law was given to show Israel their sinfulness and their need for a Savior (Messiah/Jesus). Yet you say they were required to keep the law – is this not a contradiction?

Did Jesus ascend to heaven twice, once to sprinkle His blood on the altar and then again after spending 40 days with the crowds and teaching Paul what we needed to know?
