Germany And Ezekiel 38
Published: May 3, 2016I have been reading some recent articles that seem to be advocating that Germany will be a major player in the Ezekiel 38 39 battle! Do you think that Germany could be Rosh rather than Russia?
Another Hebrews 6 Question
Published: May 3, 2016I have received so much instruction, encouragement and wisdom from your writings. Thank you for allowing the Lord to use you. My question comes from Hebrews 6:4-6 which states: “It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.”
I have mulled this verse over and over and cannot seem to grasp it. This isn’t a cloaked stab at the OSAS argument. I am convinced, as you are, that we are saved by what we believe not by how we behave. I simply can’t make these verses align with anything else so that means I’m missing something. Can you help?
A Pure Heart
Published: April 26, 2016What is the biblical definition of a person who has clean hands and a pure heart for the Lord? Just one who believes in Him or is it much more?
Is Lucifer Satan?
Published: April 26, 2016I was referred to your website from a friend and was reviewing some of your answers to your readers as well looking through your book. In one of your answers and in your book Children’s Stories of the Bible (The Adult Version) you state that Satan is Lucifer in Isaiah 14:12. I was rather shocked at this because the word Lucifer is not in any manuscript.
I have copied a quick study on this from a scholar that I read and would like to share with you. After you review this, please explain to me how and why you believe Lucifer is Satan and how that name is used when it is not in any manuscript? I would like a different opinion on this so I know all sides.
On Spiritual Warfare
Published: April 26, 2016I have a question concerning what is meant by the phrase “spiritual warfare” ? Are the angels still loyal to God engaged in actual combat with the ones who fell with Satan? I understand that the important thing in being a Christian is following the teaching of Christ, but when I read about things such as this I can’t help but be curious.
Thanks for your time and your website! It continues to be a great tool in my Bible studies.
God bless.
What If We Sin In Heaven?
Published: April 26, 2016Since the raptured Church will still have Jesus as our Savior in Heaven, if we happen to sin in heaven, will He still render to us the protections there as He did here on earth, interceding on our behalf before God the Father? After all, He promised to lose not even one of us from His hand.
With The Lord Or In The Ground?
Published: April 26, 2016Where do we go after death? Some say we go to be with the Lord immediately and some say that we are still in the ground until the Rapture. Can you provide any scripture info to help resolve this?
Crowns Of Victory, Crowns Of Gold
Published: April 26, 2016I have a question about the crowns that the church is awarded at the Bema Seat after the rapture. Revelation 4:4 states that the twenty four elders , which represent the church, will have crowns of gold. Then in Rev. 4:10, the crowns are translated from the Greek word stephanos; crowns made of ivy, olive leaves, flowers etc. I know that stephanos crowns are victors crowns. what are your thoughts on this?
Should I Be Baptized Again?
Published: April 26, 2016I was raised in a Reformed Church that subscribed to infant baptism. My parents had me so baptized at age 5. I always felt this was proper based on my understanding of the doctrine of covenant theology that says infants should be baptized, they way infants were circumcised, prior to faith (Acts 2: 39). I am a believer of many years and my wife and I recently decided to become members (covenant partners) at a non-denominational baptist background church we have attended for 3 years. Now I am told I can not become a member without a baptism of immersion. I know the points or arguments for both. I feel my baptism was sure, based on the character and integrity of God. What do you advise?
Returning Our Crowns
Published: April 26, 2016I hear of crowns being awarded to the members of the church at the Bema Seat Judgment. In my mind and my heart I do not feel I deserve any crowns, awards or any acknowledgments for anything I may have done as a Christian on earth.
