I was speculating, could the fulfillment of Isaiah 17 possibly be after or during the tribulation? That particular scripture passage is hard to understand as well, so do you have a posted article concerning it?

As you may know, Syria has been heavily involved in re-arming Hezbollah following the war with Israel. Syria has also been helping Iran train Hamas to become a Hezbollah like force on Israel’s southern border. And Syria has never removed its troop build up along it’s border with Lebanon, remaining in a state of combat readiness and talking about a preemptive attack on Israel. There’s a strong likelihood that Isaiah ‘s prophecy on the destruction of Damascus will be fulfilled before the Great Tribulation, perhaps very soon.
