This week in Mexico 7-14-23

Here’s a glimpse of our week of outreaches in Mexico.

Update on Sandi

First an update and continued prayer request for Sandi. She got the staples removed this week, and the doctors say it’s healing well. At the end of the month, they’ll remove the half-cast, and she’ll be in a walking boot and have to begin trying to use it. She is still in so much pain. It’s a constant pain that doesn’t let up, and the friction from the half cast has caused her heel to form giant blisters, which add to the pain.

Groceries

We got the next round of groceries delivered, and we’ll pack them up and get them ready to bring to families in need. :hearts:

Our Escuelita – kids group

This is the last week of school for most of our kids! So it’s been a week full of graduation ceremonies and end of year tests.

Kid’s Toys!

More Build a Bear donations for the kids! During covid, we got many boxes of Build a Bear donations from a family in our group here. Two of the boxes got accidentally set aside, along with some toys that Aidan had cleared out from childhood. We were so happy to rediscover them and hand them out just in time for summer vacation! :raised_hands:

Thank you so much for praying with us for those we serve together!
