VBS India 2026! Part One
Our annual Vacation Bible School!

This is always such an incredible time of year for our kids. They love inviting their friends to come and join us for the week! And I’m so excited to share these pics with you! So much planning and prayer go into these, so that each child will feel loved and valued by the One who made them, and also have so much fun!
Thank you so much for praying with us over all these kids. We have 97 kids with six adult volunteers this year! I’ll share photos from each of the first three days here, and then in part 2, I’ll share our final ceremony day.
Getting ready
Along with all the workbooks, we were able to get supplies for games and activities, and even a gift for all the kids at the end!
Arriving!
It took a lot of arrangements to get all 97 kids to and from VBS each day!
The theme this year has been from Haggai 2:23 on God’s signet ring:
On that day,’ declares the Lord Almighty, ‘I will take you, my servant Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will make you like my signet ring, for I have chosen you,’ declares the Lord Almighty.”
In Christ, they are chosen. They belong. Because of Jesus, we carry God’s mark, not just wear it.
Day 1: began with the ring of God’s authority.
Day 2: the ring of responsibility
Day 3: the ring of sonship
Each day began with an opening service all together, discovering the ring of the day, and prayer and songs. After that, we broke into small groups for a drink and a snack, and then spent time in their workbooks, with more age-appropriate lessons on the day’s theme, and then onto games and activities! We prepared a fellowship lunch to eat together each day before going home.

These were full days, so we made sure to give them plenty of time to play and burn off their energy!

Our volunteers planned, shopped, prepped and cooked lunch for all the kids and adults for all four days! This alone was an impressive labor of love, and everyone was grateful to end our time together with full bellies!
In the next post, I’ll share our last day and wrap up for another successful VBS year! Thank you so much for your prayers and support that makes all this possible. This is one of our most important outreach efforts in sharing God’s love with families who may never have heard of Jesus. We had 47 new kids this year!
