Who Lives Where?

Published: April 14, 2015
Q

Thanks to God and to your explanations, I’m slowly gaining a greater understanding of what I believe. But, I still have very, very much to learn.

In the Millennium, I now understand that All Israel will live in the land of the Covenant; and the New Testament saints will live . . . is it in Heaven or in the New Jerusalem? Who will live on the rest of the earth during the Millennium; that is, outside the Covenant Lands? As I don’t subscribe to harps and clouds, I believe that, surely, God will have jobs for the Church to do. So, what does Scripture imply/hint will be our jobs for 1,000 years? Will we help govern the earth? Teach?

The Church In Heaven

The fact the church is not mentioned after Rev. 4 seems a good indication we will be raptured! your opinion?

Still More On Tribulation Martyrs

Published: April 14, 2015
Q

Are the first post rapture believers martyred for their faith Jews and Gentiles and if they are not part of the Church, are they still considered the Body of Christ and do they enter the New Jerusalem or the Kingdom? We have our new bodies, having been raptured already, so we must be in the New Jerusalem. Where are these souls who were martyred? I thought only the Church enters the New Jerusalem. Are the remaining saints, OT and New, Jew and Gentile, are in the Kingdom on Earth after the Second Coming?

A Few Decades Of Sin?

Published: April 14, 2015
Q

I have two questions, please. First, I have a certain amount of sympathy for non-Christians who say they can’t get around the thought of Hell. Many sincere unbelievers ask: Why does God punish a few decades of sin with an eternity of torment? And Second, How do you think God feels about people in Hell? Will He love and grieve for them forever, or does He actually hate them?

Inheritance And Rewards. Same Or Different?

Published: April 14, 2015
Q

You are doing a great job and may God bless you and your web site. I was wondering if you could explain the difference between rewards and inheritance. I know our rewards will be based on how we live and we will earn them. But what about our inheritance? Is that something different and, if so, is everyone’s inheritance the same?

The Remnant Church

Q

Who exactly is the remnant church? I always thought this referred to believers during the Tribulation but it these days everyone and their gramma seems to be identifying it as the fringe group they belong to.

Asleep In the Dust Or In Heaven With The Lord?

Published: April 13, 2015
Q

Daniel 12:2 says, “Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the Earth will awake, some to everlasting life and others to everlasting shame and contempt.” If we are either with Christ in Heaven or in Hades at death before the resurrections, why does it say “those who sleep in the dust of the earth?” Either we are in the ground or with Him or Hades, awaiting the resurrection, which is it? No wonder people are so confused.

Prophecy And Prediction

Published: April 12, 2015
Q

I have a question that I hope you can answer. Why does the Bible say it is wrong to consort with those who predict the future, when in fact it was prophecy – prediction – that told us of the coming of Jesus Christ? How can it be wrong? It feels like such a contradiction to me. Why are some called prophecy and others predictions anyway?

Aren’t They Saved?

Published: April 12, 2015
Q

Re: Mt 7:21-23 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

I’ve never really understood this passage, It says these people prophesied and performed many miracles. Wouldn’t they have to be saved to be able to do this? Yet Jesus gives them the boot. I guessing they were never really saved but I was hoping you could shed some light of the subject. thanks!

All Roads Lead To Heaven?

Published: April 12, 2015
Q

I was teaching the gospel to someone who claims to be a Christian but believes that every road leads to heaven. The person who I talked to said that the Bible mentions this in the beatitudes in Matt. 5:1-12. Who was Jesus talking about in this verse and what does it really mean?
