Could you tell me the timing of the “Latter Rain” Is it pre trib: before the rapture or after?

My question is about Joel 2:28. I hear many people today claiming that the Lord has spoken to them through dreams and visions about how these end times are going to play out and how we need to prepare with food and arming ourselves. When I asked one of these persons to give me Bible verses to back this up they beat around the bush and I really didn’t get a verse of scripture. There are so many people claiming that they are getting words from the Lord with this method that I feel left out! The only Word I get from The Lord is in the Bible. So are they right and can this verse of scripture be used to back them up?

I have a question about the Gog/Magog war. I have a friend who uses the Ezekiel 38:17 verse as proof that “the one spoken about by the prophets” is none other than the AC and that Gog/Magog (Ezekiel 38-39) is just another summary of the Armageddon war. I believe as you do that these 2 wars are different, and I have told them that I thought Haggai and Ezekiel (and possibly Joel) might be the prophets referenced here. What is your take on this verse and who are the prophets that spoke of the Gog/Magog war and are referenced in Ezekiel 38-39?

I have a question about the 2014-2015 blood moon tetrad. I realize the first 3 blood moons are not seen in Israel. Is it possible that these blood moons, seen in other parts of the world, could be a warning to the Jews still living in the Gentile nations? Maybe a warning to return to Israel? Considering that the anti-semitism in the Gentile nations has risen horribly, just since April 15, I’m wondering about this possible interpretation. After the rapture of the church, the danger to the Jews around the world will only increase, including in America. What are your thoughts?
