This week in India 5-1-26
Here’s a glimpse of our outreaches in India.
Quick links to the other parts this week:
Shanthi at Doctor
Please pray with us for Shanthi. She’s had limited mobility in her hand again. Remember, several years ago, she had a stroke following the surgery to remove the tumor in her neck. She had to relearn how to walk and use this side of her body, including fine motor movements of her hand.

Craft Class

With Manjunath’s Village
English Class
Our volunteer’s son has offered to volunteer with us, teaching English! The kids have been thriving since we’ve made English a greater focus in our tutoring classes, and they’re excited to have more time to learn!

Moms’ writing practice!
Several of the moms in this tribe have been inspired by how well their kids are doing, and they asked to learn to write their names. It takes a lot of confidence and vulnerability, especially coming from their background, to learn these skills as adults, and we’re so proud of them! We are praying that this ignites even more desire to learn and grow. (We began literacy classes for the moms in what became known as our prayer house village in 2018! Please pray with us for these women for a further desire to learn. )

Toiletries for the kids!

More time in the village

School Classes

VBS Prep
Our supplies for VBS!! The Lord moves in the lives of these kids during VBS, and we are praying for all He wants to do in their lives.

And that’s our week!
Thank you so much for your prayers! Please continue to keep all we serve, and all our volunteers, covered in prayer. We continue to pray for the final authorization for the new land for the Prayer House village. Thank you for praying with us!
