Week in review: April 11 2020 He is Risen!

It’s Easter weekend! And in quarantine, it looks different, but it’s just as miraculous. This week we celebrated The Passover, and Easter in 3 Verses.  Continue reading to see a glimpse from our outreaches this week as well as a recap of all the posts on the site.

Food Distribution in India

We were able to rent the same large vehicle we use to bring people to church! And, look at all the food we were able to get on once! God is truly making a way where there is no way!

I love how God works! Our job is to ask and His job is to provide—in any way He wants. A friend was praying for mana to fall from heaven for them in the villages, and we were agreeing with her! And I read her prayer and prayed too I was filled with faith and excitement to watch it happen, God provided a way to get all we needed from the local stores. Which is miraculous! We’re now praying that God will multiply it and stretch it to go as long as possible!

That filled truck below is a miracle! That we were able to rent it and drive it without getting stopped, and that we were able to buy enough food to fill it!! I’m so very grateful! Thank you for praying with us and believing with us.

Look at how well Daniel is doing! He’s regaining strength and healing up well.

We pray that God will multiply all the food we were able to get to make it last as long as possible!

Rakkumamma is doing well too! She’s still on her course of medication for tuberculosis, but is feeling good!

God will supply all you need

I know many of you are facing uncertain circumstances too. Your needs might not look as dire as those we serve, but God sees your need and wants to provide. He is a good Father who gives good gifts to His children. No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. That’s from memory, let me go copy that whole verse in the NIV:

Psalm 84:11: For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.

And guess what, Church, we are made blameless in Christ, so that’s all of us! God is a good Father, ask Him for what you need today. We’ll stand with you in agreement and in faith and in excitement to see how He provides.

Phil 4:19: And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
Amen, amen, amen!

We were able to get face masks for everyone!

And praise God, everyone is well. Please continue to pray for their protection and health!

Even during a very strict lockdown, our volunteers have been able to visit the villages each week!

We prayed and sang and did activities with the kids.

Thayamma is doing great!

Thayamma was bitten by a deadly snake last week. No one had yet survived a bit long enough to make it to the hospital. They prayed, and she was healed!

This week, our volunteer went to pray for her and check in on her. There are now two people in this village (Thayamma and little Joel!) that share their testimonies saying that they are alive because of Jesus.

Bringing food to those in need in Mexico

Last week we were so blessed to get a large delivery of groceries for 50 families in need! This week we packaged them all up and delivered them, staying six feet apart.

Our littlest helpers joined in.

Thank you so much for your love and prayers and support. Those we serve have been the hardest hit during this pandemic since they live day to day with no reserves. God has been making a way and clearing the path in each area we serve to get people food even when we’re not allowed on the roads and food is rationed. Praise God!

Praise God!
I’m so grateful that as we are preparing to celebrate the miracle of the Resurrection that we’re able to provide God’s miraculous provision to those in great need. Thank you for making this possible!

Please continue to pray with us for protection and provision for our volunteers and those we serve!

Thank you for your love, your prayers for those we serve around the world! It’s absolutely amazing what happens when we come together and follow the Lord’s leading. I’m beyond grateful for you all!
