I just read your statement on Children and the Rapture and you used Romans 7:9 as why children will be taken. Are you saying children are sinless till they reach the age of accountably? So they are not sinners when they are born? Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins.

I have perhaps a silly question, but one that is tugging at me nonetheless…Who will go in the Rapture? Is there an age in the Christian faith at which we are to be held responsible for our own faith?

What’s the proper response to people who when talking about the children who died in Newtown say in reverent tones, “They are all little angels in Heaven”? Do all children under a certain age automatically go to Heaven? We also talked about aborted babies and babies in the Rapture. I didn’t have sufficient answer and was hoping you would help me with this.

Scriptures are clear that those dead in Christ will rise first, then those then alive will follow to meet the Lord in the heavens. 1 Thess. 4:16-18. However, the issue of children under the ‘age of accountability’ seems vague at best. It is my witness that the Lord takes these babes with him as well because His love extends to the heavens and his truth to the clouds. Ps 57:10, 108:4. While He is surely just, His judgment is covered by His mercy, thus the ‘Mercy Seat’ rather than the ‘Justice Seat’.

In your article, The Feast of Pentecost, you said”

“One day soon now, all who are in Christ, having heard and believed the Word of Truth, the Gospel of our salvation, thereby receiving the mark of the promised Holy Spirit, will suddenly disappear from the face of the Earth. Included among them will be all children and those mentally incapable of making informed choices.”

If all children are also raptured, then why were not the children in Noah’s time saved? Or in Sodom?

Both my children were born again at the age of 9 and were water baptized in a lake while attending our church camp. Today, as adults, neither attend church, or study the Bible – they aren’t “practicing” Christians. Were they old enough to truly understand and be born again? At the time, I believed they were. Are they going in the rapture?

In the article The Age of Accountability you wrote: “When they reach the age of accountability, they become responsible for their sins. They acknowledge their accountability in a ceremony called bat mitzvah for girls, usually held at age 12, and bar mitzvah for boys age 13.” Does this mean that when believers in Jesus are raptured, all girls under the age of 12 and all boys under the age of 13 will also be raptured? If so, can you imagine the impact on families worldwide?

I have seen so many negative changes in the world that my children are growing up in, and it scares me. I am not sure exactly when the rapture will take place and how much worse it is going to get, I am just wondering about ideas on how to prepare my family for the coming days. I have three small children, and I want our lives to be as comfortable and pain free as can be before the rapture actually takes place.

It’s my understanding that during the rapture God takes babies out of the womb of unbelieving mothers. My question is what does the Lord do about nine months later when the world has a new round of babies in the tribulation that may not live past six years old? Are these some of the ones that will be serving in the temple day and night?

I really enjoy your site and have learned much from it; my question I have for you is if a non-believing woman is pregnant and the lord comes; does her un born baby go back to heaven or stay with the non believing mom.
