The Adulterous Wife And The Virgin Bride

Published: December 26, 2014 (Originally published: December 27, 2014)
Q

At The Rapture, the living as well as the dead in Christ will be raised – the dead in Christ have been with Him since they were absent from their bodies, will they also be a part of The Bride? And, because all children under the age of accountability will also be Raptured, will these children also be a part of The Bride? Jesus’ references to a wedding feast and the wedding guests – there is definitely a distinction between the Bride and Groom and the wedding guests. Who are the wedding guests? In The Old Testament God speaks of Israel as His wife – how does this differ from Jesus and His Bride?

Tribulation Children?

Published: February 13, 2012 (Originally published: February 12, 2012)
Q

Thank you for you website, it has been a blessing for me and my family. I think we agree that all children under the age of reason will be taken in the rapture and that children will be born in the millennium to those who survive the tribulation, but what about during the tribulation. Will children be born during that seven year period?

My wife is with child. If the Rapture occurs soon will the baby get a free ticket to heaven? Will it at some point have to choose Christ? Will we see it grow up or will he or she gain full mental and physical capacity in Heaven?

Whose Kids Are Those?

Published: September 27, 2006 (Originally published: September 27, 2006)
Q

I understand that at the time of the Rapture we will be changed into our heavenly bodies because our earthly bodies are corrupt. During the Tribulation there will be those that are martyred and will go to Heaven. Will their bodies be changed also? During the thousand year Millennium will everybody live in the same area or will it be similar as today, people spread across the Earth? In one of your responses it said that ‘those children that are born during the Millennium’. I always understood that in Heaven, with our heavenly bodies, we will not be married. So who is going to procreate? And, after the thousand year Millennium what will happen?

Thank you very much for your website, I really enjoy it and have learned a lot from it.

Am I Forgiven Enough?

Published: March 16, 2017 (Originally published: March 29, 2011)
Q

I believe in God and I consider myself a Christian. Jesus is in my heart and I pray for forgiveness every night. But in my past I’ve done some terrible things. Am I forgiven enough to go in the rapture? If so will my toddler come with me? And if she does, will we be in heaven together with her as my child? I have read that our children won’t be our children and we won’t know them anymore. That makes me very sad, is that true?

Christian Martyrs And The Pre-Trib Rapture

Published: September 27, 2014 (Originally published: September 28, 2014)
Q

I just received an email yesterday from a friend of mine. She forwarded an email to me about situations going on in Iraq and the takeover by ISIS in Queragosh, Her friend is a missionary who feeds 50,000 people per day in Iraq and he is dealing with this tragedy. Some of the members of his church who he knows personally just experienced having their children executed. The insurgents went from house to house and asked the children to denounce Jesus or be killed. These teenagers refused to denounce our Lord and Savior and they were executed. So my question is this? What do you say to the parents of these children about Christians not suffering Wrath?

To be honest I would think you would have a very difficult time suggesting to them that the Christian church will not suffer persecution even unto death. I feel very strongly that this doctrine of a pre-tribulation rapture gives people a false sense of security. That they do not really have to get their lives right with God, all they have to do if believe and they will go up to Jesus in heaven and let the other two thirds of the planet be killed and destroyed. I truly believe that this doctrine is going to make it very difficult for those to be prepared to have to give up their life if called upon.

May God Bless you for your teaching, your labors are bearing fruit.

During the Millennial Kingdom; will there be marriage? Will there be death? I read somewhere “Some could/would die at the old age of 100 years.” Would the offspring of the initial Kingdom inhabitants marry with the other inhabitants’ offspring?

Will Children Have To Come Back?

Published: June 7, 2014 (Originally published: June 6, 2014)
Q

If my son has not reached the age of accountability by the Rapture and therefore can’t make the choice to come to Christ, will he have to make it later? Since he lacks the capacity to sin or be judged I understand he would come with us in the Rapture, but some believe that those who lack the mental capacity to come to Christ will be given that chance (or rather have to make that decision) during the 1,000 year reign. Wouldn’t that mean he’d have to be born again in the Millennium in order to make a choice. Doesn’t sound right to me. Does everyone have to decide at some point or do infants and small children get a “pass go” card? I cannot find any scripture to support this doctrine of decision, can you help?
