Will the anti-Christ be a homosexual according to Daniel 11:37? If he is a Muslim, that lifestyle will not be accepted. What are your thoughts?

Kept From The Hour

Q

I have been wondering if Revelation 3:10b where Jesus says to the church of Philadelphia (the evangelical church) “I will also keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” is also a verification of the rapture happening before the tribulation since some of the judgments happen before the “Great Tribulation”? Could you also explain the “hour of trial”, would that speak of the whole 7 years?

The Wrath Of God

Q

In Romans 5:9, is the Lord (through Paul) referring to believers being saved from the wrath of the great tribulation, or from the wrath of eternal separation from God in Hell?

Will She Still Go To Heaven?

Q

My daughter has moved in with her boyfriend. If the Lord comes back now will she still go to heaven? She is a born again Christian but her boyfriend is not. I hear a lot about how we must be ready for the return of Jesus and I think we should try our best to live holy lives.

Search The Scriptures

Q

I have been following and loving your website for a long time and I truly agree with what you are saying about the topic of eternal security. Once saved, always saved or “OSAS”. Today I came across an article that shook my belief in OSAS somewhat. I am wondering what you think about this?

Seven Years Of Peace?

Published: January 3, 2013
Q

I am confused on a few things. This 7 yrs of peace that they talk about Israel having. Is this Biblical and if so where do we find it? Will it happen before or after the church is raptured?

B. The Bible does not mention a seven year period of peace for Israel or anyone else in the end times. At the beginning of Daniel’s 70th Week (the last 7 years before the 2nd Coming) there appears to be a brief time of peace because that’s the means by which the anti-Christ will reveal himself (Daniel 8:25).

This is also foretold in the Book of Revelation as first seal judgment (Rev. 6:1-2) called the white horse. But according to 1 Thes. 5:3 when people are saying, “peace and safety” destruction will come on them suddenly and they will not escape. This is the 2nd seal referred to as the red horse who takes peace from the world (Rev. 6:3-4). They are part of the Seal judgments that take place just after the beginning of the 70th Week. The Trumpet judgments follow after that.

From then on life will get steadily more difficult because the Great Tribulation, the last half of the 70th Week will come next. Jesus called this the worst time of judgment in the history of the world (Matt. 24:21). All these things will happen after the

Still More On Millennial Sacrifices

Q

I was looking at your site and you say that the millennial sacrifices are for remembrance. What scripture supports that? Every one I found says they are to make atonement for sin. Please explain this.

How Much Time Is Involved in Daniel 12:11-12

Published: January 2, 2013
Q

Re. Daniel 12:11-12. Clearly there is a 3 and a half year gap between the ending of sacrifice and the erecting of the abomination of desolation. So there is this one who makes desolate for 1290 days then sets up the abomination. What do you think?

Millennial Believers

Published: December 31, 2012
Q

You have written that some of the Jews who are saved [during the Tribulation] will survive to populate Israel in the Millennium, and some believing Gentiles will survive to populate the Nations. Will the survivors in both groups be mortal but free from disease, accidents, and a sin-nature because of the lifting of the curse from the earth? Will the Church interact with earth dwellers during the Millennium?

Rebellion At The End Of The Millennium

Published: December 31, 2012
Q

You have taught that, as time passes during the Millennium, mortal man will will become increasingly evil, and sin will become widespread again. Therefore, when Satan is released he will have no problem gathering an army to go to war again against God. Does Scripture say that sin and rebellion will occur only in the Nations, but the Kingdom will be singularly free of it? Does it mean that Israel, alone on earth, will be free of the rebellion that will characterize the rest of the earth as the Millennium draws to a close? If Yes, is that a result of our Lord’s personal, hands-on, Rod of Iron rule of Israel?
