How Long Has Man Been On Earth?
Published: June 20, 2009I have a couple of questions I need your help to find answers to.
1. How long has mankind been on this earth? 2. Is there any information in the Bible to help us answer the above question?
I would really appreciate your help to answer the above questions.
Dividing Jerusalem
Published: June 20, 2009Are there any Bible prophecies that predict the attempts at dividing Jerusalem and it’s outcome?
Will We Have Access To Earth?
Published: June 17, 2009Is there any interchange between the natural people populating earth (who lived through the trib) and the OT resurrected saints working in the temple with Jesus and the church resurrected saints in New Jerusalem? Will the natural people see and talk with the resurrected saints?
Ezekiel 38 And Oil In Israel
Published: June 16, 2009I really enjoy your teachings. My question is this…what do you think of those that say Israel will strike oil soon and this will be the catalyst or hook that God puts in the jaw of Magog (Russia) to attack Israel?
The Kingdoms Of Daniel 2 And Daniel 7
Published: June 13, 2009I’ve been reading your site for several years and you have been a blessing. This question is more for curiosity sake and to help in discussions with “post-trib” friends/family…
In the wide scope of prophecy interpretation there seems to be a commonality that is curious to me. Most pre-trib teachings explain Daniel chapter 7 as a retelling of chapter 2 in relation to what the 4 beasts represent (Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome). On the other hand, a lot of post-trib teachings tend to identify the 4 beasts of chapter 7 as more “modern kingdoms” (Britain-America, Soviet-Russia, Germany, United Nations).
My question is this: Why is it necessary for the post-trib view to characterize the 4 beasts of Daniel 4 in this manner? Or is it? Is there some link between these 4 “modern kingdoms” and the post-trib view that supposedly strengthens the post-trib argument? For that matter – Is it absolutely necessary for the 4 beasts in chapter 7 to be Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome for pre-trib to be true (strictly for arguments sake)? In other words is there a direct or eventual link between the kingdoms in chapter 7 and the Rapture of the Church?
A Question on Daniel 9:27
Published: June 12, 2009In the book of Daniel, right before the 70th week, Israel will sign a 7year peace covenant with the many. Who are the many? Also my preacher said the 7 year peace treaty will be floating around and all the anti-christ will have to do is sign it. Do you know if one has already been written and is just waiting for a signature? On the news a while back ago they spoke of a treaty between Israel and another country but Israel would not sign a ten year treaty because it was always broken before ten years was up. I believe the other people were palestinians but not sure. What are your thoughts?
Burning Magog’s Weapons
Published: June 12, 2009I love your site, i recently saw a Question someone sent in about Magog, and burning of weapons, etc…. I noticed in your answer to the person you mentioned ” And what would they burn? Even rifle stocks are no longer wooden. ” I didn’t know if you knew this or not but Russia has been using Lignostone in the production of its weapons. Lignostone “is a special kind of wood used for ‘coke breakers.’ It is stronger than steel, is very elastic… and it burns better than coal.” It definitely makes sense now about the burning the weapons.
Animal Sacrifice, Follow Up
Published: June 11, 2009I recently read your article entitled “Animal Sacrifice in the Millennium”. I just don’t understand why innocent animals will continue (in the Millennium) to be condemned to suffer for the sins of man, especially when Jesus himself died to cleanse us of our sins? I read through the scripture you quoted, and I don’t see how it supports this practice.
As I understand it, man was condemned to eat the flesh of animals after Adam and Eve fell from grace in the Garden of Eden. Before that, they ate the fruits and vegetables God provided, as it states in Genesis 1:29 and Genesis 2:8-9.
Ezekiel 38 And Daniel’s 70th Week
Published: June 9, 2009I have felt for some time that the battle would have to be at a minimum of 3.5 years prior to the seven year Tribulation. The Bible states the Jews will burn the weapons of the enemy for seven years. We are clearly taught that at the Abomination of Desolation (Mid Trib) the Jews will know to flee, not grab a jacket, but flee. I personally don’t see the Jews loading up a bunch of Soviet weapons for the journey or mad dash. Plus I think a large portion of the trib will be on foot anyway. Back the clock up seven years and that would put you 3.5 years prior to the Tribulation. I don’t have my feet dug in on this but would like to know what you thank. God Bless you for your Ministry.
Wheat And Tares Vs. Sheep And Goats
Published: June 8, 2009In Matt 13, Christ gives the parable of the tares and wheat. He then gives the meaning of the parable. When does this occur? I’ve always seen this as the Second Coming, but the Lord’s explanation says the angels gather the wicked and they will cast them into the furnace. If this is the Second Coming, then how does this work with the Sheep and Goats Judgment? How can you gather the wicked (which is what I picture Matt 24:36-41 referencing) and toss them in the furnace, and yet have a sheep and goats judgment? Won’t all the wicked already be in the furnace?
