I have a question after talking to my pastor this last Sunday. I asked him if he felt we were in the “End of The Age” and he said our church believes that when Jesus came the first time THAT was the beginning of the “End of The Age.” I want to talk to him more about all I am seeing and understand more. So far in my church I kind of get the brush off like they are too busy to answer. Have you heard of this before?

Ive been checking out a website that contradicts the popular belief about the 70 weeks of Daniel. The teacher at this site says the “He” in the Daniel 9 24-27 is none other than Christ. He also says, “A careful study of Daniel’s prophecy of the seventieth week, clearly reveals 3 1/2 years have already been fulfilled by Jesus earthly ministry, thereby leaving only 3 1/2 years still future to be fulfilled.”

My question is where do prophecy teachers get the 7 year tribulation period from and where exactly does it say Israel will sign a peace treaty?

I have been blessed by your website and amazed by the depth of knowledge you display on issues. Can you please share your thoughts on Mathew 19:16. A lot of Muslims like to quote this scripture to support an argument that Jesus was denying the fact that He was God. I know that is not the case, but I will be glad if you can shed a bit of light on it for me.

You teach us that the Rapture is not a timed event but a numerical event. That God has a certain number of members in the Church in mind rather than a certain time for it to happen. I’m wondering then, could that number be the number of living spaces, or “mansions”, available in the New Jerusalem for the Church to live? If New Jerusalem has specific measurements, then it follows that there are a certain number of spaces available for our “mansions”.

I was reading your e-book on Understanding Revelation (very good) but it has raised a couple of questions in chapter 16 and the bowl judgements. In verse 2 it says painful sores came on men who had the mark of the beast on them. Taken literally that means post rapture believers do not suffer these sores. Also in verse 12, the Euphrates river dries up. Again taking things literally that means the plagues of the seas and fresh water have a time limit on them. So does that mean all the plagues there is an interlude between each one, maybe to give these people chance to repent? What is your take on this?

What are your thoughts on “soapbox preaching”? Does the Bible address this?

My question is about the so-called “Infancy Scriptures.” I recently saw a special on them and was surprised at how the Lord was depicted, supposedly as an angry and unruly child. The special said that Jesus had to learn how to master His emotions as any child would and that later He became a great leader. Do you buy any of this? What exactly are these “Infancy Scriptures”? They seem disrespectful to me!

I know there is free choice given to us by God. I also know the hairs on our head are known to him and our days are known and he has a plan for all of us. In the shooting and stabbing rampages we see happening around us, it is free choice for the people who do those things, or is it in God’s plan for all the random people to be killed?

What does it say in the Bible about people who cuss or say negative things to others?

I know that today the name Anti-Christ is associated with the “son of perdition” mentioned in the book of Revelation, but no where do I find that “title” referred to by John the Revelator. The Apostle Paul spoke of “Anti Christ” as more or less a “spirit” and NOT an actual being. Please clarify our use of this title directed towards an “individual” when associated with the end times and the book of Revelation.
