You recently commented that there may be nuclear weapons fired at Russia and the coastal areas of Europe in the Ezekiel 38/39 event. You alluded to this by quoting Ezekiel 39:6 which reads : “I will send fire on Magog and on those who live in safety in the coast lands, and they will know that I am the Lord”.

Surely the emphasis is on the first word of Ezekiel 39:6, the “I ” part of the scripture, meaning God Himself will pour fire down from heaven, because a nuclear attack by Israel would result in such a huge back-lash that it would perish. The armies that die on the hills of Israel also appear to be killed by God rather than the people of Israel. Is it not safe to assume, therefore, that there is no military conflict at all in Ezekiel 38/39 and that God Himself does all the destruction of Israel’s enemies?

I’ve been reading your site for several years and you have been a blessing. This question is more for curiosity sake and to help in discussions with “post-trib” friends/family…

In the wide scope of prophecy interpretation there seems to be a commonality that is curious to me. Most pre-trib teachings explain Daniel chapter 7 as a retelling of chapter 2 in relation to what the 4 beasts represent (Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome). On the other hand, a lot of post-trib teachings tend to identify the 4 beasts of chapter 7 as more “modern kingdoms” (Britain-America, Soviet-Russia, Germany, United Nations).

My question is this: Why is it necessary for the post-trib view to characterize the 4 beasts of Daniel 4 in this manner? Or is it? Is there some link between these 4 “modern kingdoms” and the post-trib view that supposedly strengthens the post-trib argument? For that matter – Is it absolutely necessary for the 4 beasts in chapter 7 to be Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome for pre-trib to be true (strictly for arguments sake)? In other words is there a direct or eventual link between the kingdoms in chapter 7 and the Rapture of the Church?

How does Russia invading the Ukraine play into end time prophecy? It definitely seems likes things are moving faster.

I have a question regarding your response to Is Russia In Ezekiel 38? If current events in the Middle East are not leading up to Ezekiel 38, could they be the preparations for the battles of Psalm 83 and Isaiah 17?

Several commentators say that the four horns in Zechariah chapter 1 represent the four political entities of the Quartet, made up of the United Nations, European Union, USA and Russia. It was formed in 2002 with the aim of preparing Palestinians for statehood. Could this be possible and could there be a connection between the Quartets’ actions on dividing God’s land and His people Israel and natural and economic disasters that have befallen the member nations since 2002?

What is your opinion, how much time could pass between Israel’s “Psalm 83 Victory” and the Ezekiel 38-39 Battle? What could be the possible time-frame: a couple of months,a few years, a decade or more? Thanks your help!

It is interesting that in the last few years, Israel discovered the gas supply of their coast and the Shekel has appreciated by 15% over the last year and a half. So it seems that while the rest of the world is becoming worse off, Israel is becoming better off. Does this tie in with end time prophecies?

I read an article that claims America is the Bibilical “Mystery Babylon” which will be destroyed by a Russian nuclear bomb exploded by 1/1/2016 at 20 mile over the middle of America causing a great electromagnetic field that will turn us into darkness. Also, President Obama is the king of the South and Putin is the king of the North.  Putin will invade America with his allies. Do you think that there is any Scripture to support these alarming predictions?
