What About Psalm 83?

Published: January 7, 2011
Q

I agree with your position on Psalm 83 & Ezekiel 38-39. Your explanation makes sense scripturally. Israel is not at peace and is not a land of unwalled villages. Yet some other so called prophecy experts continue to make it a point to discredit the Psalm 83 information. This is difficult for me to understand. Why is it so hard for some to accept that maybe God is revealing new understanding through some of his other children for the edification of the whole body of Christ?

Rapture In May?

Published: January 7, 2011
Q

I just want to start by saying thank you for for all of the work you do in providing the wealth of information and insight you have to everyone. I was just wondering what your thoughts were on all of the current hoohaw going on over the christian groups proclaiming May 21st 2011 as the confirmed rapture / judgment day. It’s been on the news and received countless amount of coverage / debate on the blogosphere.

He Who Stands Firm To The End

Published: January 6, 2011
Q

I am here to ask about Matthew 10:22. Jesus is talking to his disciples and tells them that all men will hate them, but, “he who stands firm to the end will be saved.” This is confusing to me because it sounds like their salvation is depending on them standing firm instead of depending on God keeping them. With the help of your teachings, I have come to believe that we stay saved once we have been born again. But this verse is messing with my head because I don’t think Jesus is talking about the Tribulation here. Please help…. again!

Dealing With Sin In The Millennium

Q

I have heard that one who commits a transgression during the Millennium will have until the following morning to repent and make the matter right. Does Psalms 101:8 confirm this?

Will The 3rd Temple Be Holy, Follow Up

Published: January 3, 2011
Q

In your response to “Will the 3rd Temple Be Holy in God’s Sight?” you responded that “In order for the anti-Christ to desecrate the Temple, it will have to have been holy previously. So yes, the sacrifices will be acceptable.” My question is: Acceptable to whom? They will certainly not be acceptable to God. Following Christ’s crucifixion the sacrifices were never again accepted by God and the Temple was destroyed. Personally, I don’t believe the rebuilt Tribulation Temple will be anything but a one-sided empty service until the physical return of Christ. It will be just as it was for the 40 years after the crucifixion of Christ.

Can Christians Own Guns?

Published: December 31, 2010
Q

I can’t find anything regarding this on your site or in scripture. I know that before Yashua was crucified, He told His disciples to arm themselves. Is there anything more that answers this question? Is owning a gun show a lack of faith?

More On Spiritual Gifts

Published: December 30, 2010
Q

Regarding Gifts of the Holy Spirit, I’m still waiting. Having never had an epiphany, of course, I’m at a loss as to the starting place of when to expect my Gift. But, to the best of my knowledge, I’ve never received one unless I am too dense to recognize it. So, how does one know and recognize his Gift? I have read many questions similar to or identical with mine from people who, like I, have lived their whole life and never recognized a hint of a Gift.

The Famine In Egypt

Published: December 30, 2010
Q

In your article entitled, “And All These Things Will Be Given To You As Well” you said, “No matter how we try to justify it, storing up is an act of selfishness”; I have to disagree. Of course the Bible speaks out about “hoarding” and “not sharing/helping others” but it also speaks out about preparing for possible rough times to come. I have attached an article by (another Christian writer) for your information. It’s about the lesson on preparation for hard times from the Famine of Egypt. It pretty much “hits the nail on the head” regarding the topic.
