Salvation Before The Cross

Q

How were old testament prophets like Abraham and those who lived in China, India, or Samaria saved?

The Resurrection Of Believers

Published: June 26, 2010
Q

The Old Testament saints were set free from Abraham’s bosom and then went up to paradise when Jesus went to the center of the earth for 3 days.(it must have moved because Paradise is UP after that) However, they will not get their bodies until after the Great Tribulation ends. So the Church saints (and angels) will ride back with Jesus at the 2nd Coming but the O.T. souls have to wait until the battle is over. Right? If yes, do they have to wait to get their spiritual bodies because they are connected to the 70th week by being Jewish?

The Gift Of Prophecy

Published: June 26, 2010
Q

I have been reading Billy Graham’s book titled “The Holy Spirit.” As I see it, he is saying the gift of prophecy of today is to explain the prophecies already written in the Bible. He also states, “The gift of prophecy in the first sense, that of foretelling of predictive prophecy, not longer exists to the extent it did in first century Christianity.” What are your thoughts on this?

Increasing Interest In Prophecy

Published: June 25, 2010
Q

Your website is SO appreciated. It has really helped me in my study of the Bible. I have been a born-again believer since the age of 8 and grew up in a Baptist church from the age of 4 days old! I’ve always known I was saved and that I would go to heaven – but the End Times just never made any sense to me. Now all that has changed drastically. Are you seeing a lot more interest from “everyday Christians” who are just now waking up to prophecy? And what would your answer be to the skeptics that say that there have always been people like ourselves that think Jesus could return any minute! Thank you for your wonderful ministry.

Will They Get Another Chance?

Published: June 24, 2010
Q

Today I was asked a question that I was unable to answer as I have heard great preachers say opposite things. After the rapture will people who have heard the gospel but not accepted it get a second chance here on earth like in the Left Behind series?

Daniel 11 And Ezekiel 38. Same Or Different?

Is the war described in Daniel 11 different from the war in Ezekiel 38-39 ?

Psalm 82 And The Nephilim

Published: June 23, 2010
Q

I have thoroughly enjoyed your website and your wisdom but I think what I most appreciate is the personal spiritual grid from which that wisdom emanates. I agree with you about Psalm 83 being prophetic in nature. I was reading the chapter before it the other day and it would also appear to be very interesting. As spiritual forces and principalities begin to hold greater sway, do you think that God is referencing the work of fallen angels and possibly the Nephilim in the current state of affairs preceding this coming battle and the subsequent Tribulation?

Contained In The Old, Explained In The New

Can you explain what is going on in Isa. 26:19-21? Thank you very much, I appreciate your time given.

Rapture Or Resurrection

Published: June 22, 2010
Q

Re: John 5:28-29 “Do not marvel at this, for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth–those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation.” Remember how Jesus gives a shout at the Rapture? Is the first part Rapture related? And then the 2nd part (those who have done evil) related to the Great White Throne Judgment?

I’m Confused

Published: June 21, 2010
Q

I am confused when I compare two of your teachings. In the article “Signs of the Times … Times of the Signs” you indicate that the anti-Christ will rise as a charismatic leader in the aftermath of Ezekiel’s war. This makes Ezekiel’s war a pre-trib event.

In your article “The End Times According To Paul … Part 3, 2nd Thessalonians” you teach the rapture must occur before the anti-Christ is revealed.

I cannot determine an order of occurrence for these two events. If the rapture occurs before Ezekiel’s war and this war must be fought before the anti-Christ is revealed then it is not the restrainer preventing the revelation of the identity of the anti-Christ. He must still wait for this war to be fought.

On the other hand, if this war must be fought, then the rapture reveals the identity of the anti-Christ, how can the rapture be taught to be imminent?
