was wondering what you think Obama becoming President means for Bible prophecy if anything. There seems to be a lot of fear going around that him getting elected is somehow going to be the catalyst that sets everything in motion but I don’t see it. I’ve just seen a book that claims to put to naught all the evil associated with the number 666. This book says that 666 is actually the number of divine harmony and is the blueprint of the world, the key to all existence. Seems odd, don’t you think?

Your article on Faith prompts a question. Most writers say the US will be thrust into chaos when the rapture occurs, because our best people will be removed, leaving incompetents/sinners in charge. Could there be another reason why the US is rendered of no consequence at the end? You say miracles of the first order are apparently taking place all over the world, but not the US. Virtually no one, from pillars to laymen in the US are worthy of the saints in Hebrews chapter 11. If this is so, and Americans love mammon and serve it and themselves first, and for the most part, love this world, if he is no more active in the church of America than you say he is, (or shall I say, we are as far from him as you insinuate), how could it be that they/we are worthy to escape the things that are coming on the world? For me, this is a conflict. not here to argue, but it doesn’t add up for me.

I have been reading about your thoughts on the timing of Ezekiel 38 with Israel’s resultant turning to the Lord again as a nation and the antichrist using that opportunity to make a treaty and assist with building the temple. It makes the most sense to me of all the scenarios I have read about. Do you think that Israel as a nation might also believe that the antichrist is their long-awaited messiah? (Except the problem is he is not Jewish.)

Those who are mentally incapable of accepting Jesus (ie, young children and the mentally handicapped) are innocent and still belong to Him and thus are saved. What if someone did not accept Jesus and was rendered mentally incapable of accepting Him after an accident? Or, similarly, what if an elderly person reached the point of dementia where he or she was mentally incapable of accepting Him?

I am struggling with an issue that has come up repeatedly on our message board recently. It arose again with the news of Ahmadinejad possibly taken ill. Some are posting prayer requests for him, some have prayed for his death, so you see the extremes. I find it impossible to pray for healing for men like him and Nasrallah, Kim Jung Il. I wonder if you can give me insights on just how far “pray for your enemies, bless them that curse you” goes for Christians.

As a Christian, I’ve always wondered how to explain UFO’s and alien abductions, etc. I don’t believe in life on other planets. But, as you’ve said, there is too much evidence for UFO’s to dismiss it as imagination. Are aliens actually fallen angels? Also, it seems like they have an interest in reproductive organs whenever they abduct people. What do we do with all of this controversial “stuff?” Thank you so much for all that you do!
