Post Church Salvation
Published: September 7, 2006RE: Your current article, The Nature Of Post Church Salvation.
Based on your reasoning the Churches of Revelation 2 and 3 would seem to be a part of the “Post – Church” salvation.
Bodies Of Moses And Elijah
Published: September 7, 2006Sometimes I sit here reading articles from your site and I am mesmerized at the depth of insight you have in the Bible. Thank you for an awesome job of sharing the Word.
My question is about the transfiguration of Jesus and in particular about Peter seeing Moses and Elijah. I have a theological conflict with this event. Peter saw these men and recognized them to be Moses and Elijah, which means they had some kind of “body” at that time, yet this was before the crucifixion and the resurrection of Christ, so how is this to be understood? Were Moses and Elijah released from Sheol/Paradise/Abraham’s bosom for a little while, given a recognizable body for a little while, then sent back to Sheol, then released again to be with the Lord after the crucifixion/resurrection?
Animals On The Ark
Published: September 4, 2006I was reading Genesis 7 where God told Noah to take seven of every clean animal and only two of the unclean ones. The Levitical Laws weren’t given until the Israelites were in the Wilderness. How did Noah know which animals were clean and which were not?
Is The Holy Spirit Feminine
Published: September 4, 2006My question regarding the Holy Spirit/Restrainer goes to the actual language used regarding the Holy Spirit.
I’ve heard that the language used refers to the Holy Spirit in a feminine wording or context (not sure how to say it exactly). In creating the family as God did, I can see how that kind of fits. I’ve heard that many people are very set against this, but my question is (if this is true, that the Holy Spirit is spoken of in a feminine sense), “Is the Restrainer spoken of in a feminine sense?”
Personally, I could make a human case for the Holy Spirit being the basis by which females were created, but I realize that is human and I am trying to put a human understanding to God’s business.
Anyway, I thought maybe you could help me since I neither read Greek, nor Hebrew, nor am I any kind of theologian.
Great Tribulation Shortened?
Published: September 3, 2006Thank you very much for your website, I could spend a thousand words describing its blessing in my life. Instead, I have a question. Matthew 24: 15 – 22 Jesus references Daniel specifically, who was precise in his dates and time, and timing. Jesus says “those days” will have to be cut short to preserve creation. What’s the deal here? So Daniel’s prophetic days will be “cut short”? Again, what is the thing that Jesus is saying?

Violence And The Kingdom Of Heaven
Published: September 3, 2006Do you have an opinion on Matt. 11:12? And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of Heaven is taken by violence, and the violent take it by force. (NKJV) I’ve heard it explained in various, even conflicting ways.
Is The Rapture A False Teaching?
Published: September 1, 2006I have been hearing and reading that many people believe that the rapture is a false teaching started by a minister and a woman who had a dream in the 1800’s. This is especially held by (a well known radio personality). I really respect him and was devastated to hear this. What scriptures do pre-trib believers base their convictions on?
Resurrection Of Old Testament Saints
Published: September 1, 2006I just finished reading your excellent article on “Defending the Pre Trib Rapture Again” I appreciated your research very much. I would point out that I believe you quoted Daniel 12:2 as to when Old Testament Saints will be resurrected at the end of the tribulation. I think if you look at the gospels they show the old testament saints in Abraham’s bosom and they are resurrected when Christ is, that is why many graves were open and were seen by living people.
Peace At Any Price?
Published: August 31, 2006Hi, I really appreciate and enjoy your ministry, and perhaps you can provide some guidance for me on a particular issue concerning Christians who misinterpret the Bible and constantly spew “give peace a chance” pabulum. I have been continually excoriated by a handful of misguided Christians who are against all war and think that we should never stand up for ourselves and piously recite passages from the Bible to support their peacemaker dream sequences.
I realize that we live in an imperfect, fallen world, where Satan is doing his best to steal the souls of mankind. This is not going to change until Jesus returns, despite the best efforts of the Dominion/Kingdom Now groups. Man chose to go against God and do things his own way, and wars have been the end result ever since. War is hell for a reason, and no one ever wants to go to war. But, as stewards of the earth, we cannot let the weapons of Satan destroy the whole world (I am thinking of the Iranian Hitler and his nuclear capabilities).
I do not pine for the demise of any of the innocent and pray that those who live in the darkness of a religion that lacks hope will see the light, but we cannot acquiesce our own destruction in the meantime.
Is the Church not the restrainer of evil? Am I incorrect in thinking this? I am just tired arguing with these Christians who would rather put on a burka and grovel at the feet of the terrorists. I am also tired of being equated to the Nasrallahs of the world, as though I am somehow equally radical. Ha! Thus, I humbly request some guidance on this, as I have reached a boiling point of frustration.
