Is Everyone Saved?

Published: June 8, 2012
Q

We are taught our whole lives about hell but the Bible says “God is not willing that any should perish” and what ever God wills, is. Also, hell is referred to as fire and brimstone or the refining fire which was used to heat metals hot enough to separate the gold from the waste. Is it possible that everyone is saved but some have to go through a refining process or some hold lesser offices in heaven than the elect?

Gentiles Saved During The Tribulation?

Published: June 7, 2012
Q

In the article talking about the times of Gentiles and comparing Luke 24 with Rev 7. I’m not sure Rev. 7 shows salvation in the tribulation, but rather saved people that are going through the tribulation. I’ve been praying and searching for Gentile salvation during tribulation and Rev 7 is a favorite, but it’s not proof positive. I was hopeful about your Acts 15 reference to the temple, but that may be the millennium.

Psalm 45 and The Church

Published: June 5, 2012
Q

Re: False Prophets. In one place you said, “If you want to have hope you don’t have to dig through the Old Testament to misappropriate” a verse in Scripture…”You only have to look in the New Testament…” Then, three paragraphs later, you present Psalm 45 as an application for the church today. Hello???

Sounds like, let’s maintain the negative Scriptures for the Jewish people and only the good ones for the Gentile church. Are we not to learn from Scripture? After all, it was written for our learning and the Jewish people were the example.

Judging America

Q

“If God does not judge America, He’ll have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.” I’ve heard this attributed to one of the Grahams. But God is not mad at mankind during the Church age, right? The angels told the shepherds this at Jesus birth. Also, I agree with you on the author’s misuse of 2 Ch. 7:14 but was he correct on the judgment issue with 9-11?

Shouldn’t We Pray For Them?

Published: June 4, 2012
Q

I was rather taken by aback by the aggressive stance you took in your latest article concerning 2 Chronicles 7:14. You seem to suggest believers should not be praying for those who are misrepresenting the gospel yet leading churches, and for unsaved govt leaders who are taking the nation further down the wrong path. May I ask, when did the Lord tell you to stop praying for those in this nation?

I Will Pour Out My Spirit

Published: June 4, 2012
Q

I was curious about Joel 2: 28-29. “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.” Are the people in verse 28 only the church? And who are the servants in verse 29?

Christians Being Persecuted

Published: June 3, 2012
Q

Years ago as a new believer I had a series of dreams about the end times. In one I was living in some sort of camp where men and women were separated, and another where we were being hunted down in destroyed homes to be killed. There is hostility at every turn in our country and I’ve been wondering if you think we could find ourselves as Christians placed in camps and hunted down like this, or do you think it could have been dreams of the tribulation?

Lake Of Fire. The Spiritual Death

Published: May 31, 2012
Q

In the ‘Born Again before they Die’ answer, you responded once children intellectually mature enough to understand the consequences of sin, the commandments apply to them. At that point they die spiritually and have to be born again to be saved. What did you mean by spiritually dying? Isn’t spiritual death another term for lake of fire?

New Jerusalem Or Heaven?

Q

First I would like to thank you for Gracethrufaith. It has taught me a whole lot and thanks to it am growing more In Christ. May God continue to bless you. OK, here is my question, When the rapture takes place will we be in the New Jerusalem or will we be in Heaven?

Tribulation Martyrs

Published: May 25, 2012
Q

The saints “under the altar” in Rev 6 are clearly identified as those who had been slain for the Word of God and the testimony they maintained, and yet they do not have their resurrection bodies. It sounds like Christians will be martyred during the seal judgments. Doesn’t that indicate the rapture hasn’t happened yet?
