Israel And The Holy Spirit

Published: May 15, 2012
Q

I’ve subscribed to your theory that once the Church has been removed, the period of Grace ends and Law once more prevails. It would certainly make sense if the Holy Spirit dwells within us and the Antichrist can’t be revealed until the vessels containing the Holy Spirit are removed. However, this morning I came across this verse that gave me pause: Ezekiel 36:27 says, “I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.” It seems to be saying, during the Tribulation, the Holy Spirit will dwell WITHIN the Jews. Am I missing a key point?

Feeling Financial Pain

Published: May 14, 2012
Q

Due to the magnitude of debts, economists are claiming Taxmageddon is coming to America, and implosion is coming to the euro zone. If economic meltdowns of epic proportions do take place, will the Church be here to feel the financial pains?

More On Purifying The Church

Published: May 14, 2012
Q

I just read a teaching on the site of a friend’s son. He has a post tribulation view. He states that “the church needs to go through the tribulation to be purified” and that pre-trib. believers will become disillusioned when we find that in truth we have to go through the tribulation.

The Two Witnesses One More Time

Published: May 14, 2012
Q

I’ve read your studies on the two witnesses of Revelation 11, and you have really good points. Whether it is Enoch and Elijah, or Moses and Elijah, perhaps the exact identity of them is not as important as that there are two witnesses. Nevertheless, I was wondering if there was someone in the New Testament with the spirit of Enoch or Moses, just as John the Baptist had the spirit of Elijah? And if so what could we learn from this?

OSAS And Exodus 32:33

Published: May 13, 2012
Q

I highly appreciate your views to every question thrown upon you. In this regard, I would like also to have clear explanation regarding Exodus 32:30-33, most especially in verse 33, which says, ” The LORD said to Moses, “Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book. How do you relate this verse to OSAS? I am a born again christian and I believe on OSAS, but there are times when I sin. Does that mean that whenever I commit a sin, my name is blotted out from the book of life, and when I repent it will be written again? Please explain.

Hail As A Weapon

Q

Does Job 38:22-23, which speaks of storehouses of hail that God has reserved for days of war and battle, refer to the end times as one prophecy magazine has stated?

The Generation Of Matt. 24

Published: May 10, 2012
Q

I recently heard a pastor respond to a question about the generation mentioned in Matthew 24. He stated the generation Jesus was referring to was the one that would see the tribulation, and it would not pass away until the 2nd coming. My understanding is the generation are the ones who have seen Israel become a nation. Could you please help me with this?

Pre Or Post Doesn’t Bother Me

Published: May 9, 2012
Q

I’ve been watching a pastor on TV who is obviously post-trib and goes so far to claim we have been in the Tribulation for several years. I have no quarrel with his teaching since I feel he is on target with his basic tenets of OSAS and it doesn’t bother me about “pre” or “post”. However, I note in John 6:37-40 that Christ says He will raise us up on the last day. Doesn’t that sound like “post-trib” to you?

Is America A Chosen Nation?

Published: May 8, 2012
Q

Concerning Israel and America, many people consider both to be “chosen” of God. But with Israel, God did the choosing. Wasn’t America’s designation as a “chosen” nation man’s request, or statement, to God? Have we just been kidding ourselves?

War In The Middle East?

Published: May 7, 2012
Q

In light of the failed peace agreement in Syria, do you think a possible invasion by outside forces might happen soon? And if so, do you think it may trigger a bigger regional conflict, especially with Israel? I was wondering how else the situation might resolve itself, especially since Assad doesn’t look like he’s going to back down.
