Isaiah 17 Before Ezekiel 38?

Published: June 5, 2015
Q

Is there any way to determine if Damascus will cease to be a city prior to Ezekiel 38 or after Ezekiel 38? I suppose that the possibility of its destruction concurrent with the war of Ezekiel 38 must be considered for a thorough analysis.

Lust And Sexual Sin

Published: June 5, 2015
Q

Hello again, and keep up the good work. I was wondering why it seems that men in particular seem to have a problem with lust and sexual sin. I know women deal with this too but it seems mainly to be a male problem. Is it the way we were made? And how can I as a single person deal with the physical side of it without giving in? Thanks for all your help, and keep looking up.

Spirits Of Believers And Unbelievers

Published: June 5, 2015
Q

When a Christian dies, do they go to “sleep,” until the time Jesus comes to rapture them, or does their soul or spirit go directly to heaven? Do they wait for their resurrection body while they are up there? Also, where does a non-believer go when they die? To “sleep” to await judgment? Thank you.

Magog / Armageddon

Q

There are some out there who claim that the Ezekiel 38-39 battle is the same as the final Armageddon battle, as a new student of the Bible I am a bit confused, could they be the same?

Excluded From Heaven?

Published: June 5, 2015
Q

I was wondering if you could please give me some insight as to where the scriptures back up the belief of not entering Heaven if you are married to a person who has been married before and the person they were married to still being alive.

I have been married for almost 10 years to a man that has divorced 2 times in the past. However, I am told that since the 2 women he had married before are still alive, this makes me an adulteress because technically in the eyes of God, his wife is really the first lady he had married.

We are both saved now and have been for almost 3 years, I do not want anything to be in the way of my going to Heaven or his. Could you please help me to understand this better.

Are Soul Mates Biblical?

Published: June 4, 2015
Q

I would like to ask you about your opinion on Soul Mates. Is it a purely Romantic notion, or is it a God Ordained one? I know we’re at the brink of the Rapture and the way the world is going you can tell that everything is coming to an end quickly. However I am still very young and wish to find someone I can cleave unto. Should I stop praying for love and focus on the Lord?

Soul Mates

Q

What is your opinion of the idea that our soul is androgynous when created. And that before our soul is placed in our mother’s womb, it is split into male and female. We become one part and someone else becomes the other part. Therefore, finding our one true love is the actually reunification of our soul. Making the two into one again. I think that is a beautiful thing to believe. But does rejoicing in that belief make it so?

Ark Of The Covenant

Q

I was recently in a discussion regarding the discovery of the ARK OF THE COVENANT. The person I was talking with said that it had been discovered by a man named Ron Wyatt. What is your take on this? If the Ark had actually been found wouldn’t there be national news about it? I would really appreciate any information you can give me. Thank You for all your efforts and GOD bless you!

Observing History, More Follow Up

Re: Observing History. What do you think about Isaiah 65:17? My pastor, a godly man who faithfully preaches verse by verse each week, says that in Heaven we won’t remember anything about our past lives. I think we’ll remember everything but with God’s perspective on everything.
